Rakesh Agrawal is a doctorate in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he is based in Dehradun and working as independent consultant and researcher, carrying out studies on water policy, natural resource management and forest rights for various institutes. Besides, he is also writing poems and short stories, poems and blogs as poetry comes from the heart and conveys the meaning truthfully.
