Jaydeep Sarangi has been  anthologised and reviewed as a poet, critic, reviewer  and translator in different parts and spheres of the academia. He has delivered talks on poetry, marginal literature and translation studies in several countries and conducted workshops. He has been working for a translation project run by the International Centre for Nazrul, Dhaka,Bangladesh.  His two manuscripts of translations from Bangla  are with Samya, Kolkata. He is Associate Professor in English, Deptt. of  English at Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri College (Calcutta University), 30,Prince Anwar Shah Road, Po: Tollygunj, Kolkata-700033,WB, India.
